Returns & Exchanges

At Miku Loft, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in our confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
